We have taken great trouble to employ caring healthcare specialists who share a passion for being at the frontier of the emerging field of technology-based medicine and solving health challenges. For Optimal Health Assessments you will see a Senior Clinician (SC) who will be a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Natural Medicine. For other assessments you will see psychotherapists, naturopaths or nutritional therapists. For treatments you will be cared for by a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) who will be a therapist, nurse or healthcare worker.

Karl believes that feeling good on the inside is just as important as looking good on the outside and is totally in tune with the Health Optimising philosophy. He is fully qualified to offer Counselling, Hypnotherapy, or Colonic Hydrotherapy which can help deal with issues such as reducing weight, giving up smoking, trauma release, achieving goals, reducing stress/anxiety, or just for relaxation.
He also uses EMDR (Emotional Eye Desensitisation Reprocessing) as a complement to his work as it gives many people a sensation of overall well-being and energy and is often the inspiration for a healthier diet and lifestyle all round.
What’s more, since our digestive system (often referred to as the body’s second brain) is closely linked with the rest of our body's functions, Colonic Hydrotherapy may also help with headaches, allergies and acne, and improve mental and physical sluggishness. When you feel good on the inside, it shows on the outside, bringing out your natural beauty through clearer skin and brighter eyes.
Karl is also passionate about IV Infusion Therapy, an effective way to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and medications directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system and making nutrients available for immediate use. With supplements you may only be getting 10%-15% of the vitamins in your system, whereas with IV drips you will be getting 90% absorption of vitamins. IV Infusion is an integral optimal health therapy.

Aline is a compassionate and supportive Coach and GPO with extensive experience of the organisational environment, particularly in relation to wellbeing and inclusion. Her practice is embedded in Relational Organisational Gestalt, as informed by Gestalt psychotherapy and systems thinking. Aline supports her clients to access the awareness that lays within. They are then better equipped to step into their future with more clarity, a stronger sense of purpose, and courageous confidence to work and be with others. Her practice of bringing attention to body, mind and emotions helps clients to become aware of their needs.
Aline uses creative writing as a method, alongside other tools and techniques anchored in a relational Gestalt-oriented approach, such as phenomenological inquiry. Clients bring a problem and a desire to explore to the coaching session, and Aline works with them in order to find the most supportive resources for their needs.
Aline grew up engrossed in music. The emotions she could hear in the songs brought her closer to others and her own sense of justice. What feels right is her compass and when it is pointing north, she can see the beauty around her and the opportunities that are meant for her. There were times, in the past, when she just couldn’t see the beauty or opportunities but now, she can, and this has inspired her dedication to helping others find their True North.
Aline is a professional member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).
