Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://healthoptimising.co.uk/ website (the "Service") operated by Health Optimising UK ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


We require 24 hours notice received during normal business hours for any cancelled or rescheduled appointments. There is no charge for visits cancelled with 24 hours notice. The full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

The full fee is chargeable if no notice is given.

Client Fees and Payment Policies

Full payment for all charges is required at time of service. In special circumstances, Health Optimising UK may arrange differently. We accept payment by standing order, cheque, cash, MasterCard or Visa. Returned cheques will incur a fee of £35.00.


All dispensed items must be paid for before they are posted out or at time of collection. We cannot accept the return of supplements or acute prescriptions once they have been dispatched. Items sent in error need to be returned within 30 days and total monies for this/these items will be refunded.
