Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://healthoptimising.co.uk/ website (the "Service") operated by Health Optimising UK ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Reminder Text

This will be sent two days prior to your appointment. Please reply immediately or at least one business day before between 08:00 – 18:00 to confirm or cancel the appointment. If there is no response to the reminder text, this will be considered as a confirmation of the appointment.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected changes or delays can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours-notice.

Please call us on 0330 223 6553 between 08:00 – 18:00. If necessary, leave a voicemail message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Late for Appointments

To hold the appointment, you must be on time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late are considered as broken appointments and may result in reducing treatment time or we may not be able to accommodate you.In this case, the cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to re-schedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Cancellation Fee

There is no charge for appointments that are cancelled or re-scheduled with more than 24 hrs notice received during normal business hours.

For less than 24 hrs notice OR if no notice is given OR you are late, and we cannot accommodate you the full appointment fee will be charged.

Client Fees and Payment Policies

Full payment for all charges is required at time of service. In special circumstances, Health Optimising UK may arrange differently. We accept payment by standing order, cheque, cash, MasterCard, Visa or AmEx. Returned cheques will incur a fee of £35.00.

Dispensary

All dispensed items must be paid for before they are posted out or at time of collection. We cannot accept the return of supplements or acute prescriptions once they have been dispatched. Items sent in error need to be returned within 30 days and total monies for this/these items will be refunded.
