The Nutritional Chef - Jessica Andersson BSc(Hons) mBANT CNHC - £150 – 60 minutes
This session is designed for those patients who want in depth food education and meal planning to help support with their health goals and dietary needs. For general optimum health or for those who have been advised to go on a specific diet which may be gluten free or low FODMAP. It suits patients who have basic knowledge of healthy eating and cooking but require support, tips, advice and inspiration! This consultation is tailored to the needs of patients who require practical advice and support for meals and meal planning according to their individual needs and will also give them general information on foods to ensure that they are getting a balanced diet and the know how to prepare simple meals.
At the end of the session patients will be given a range of recipes and resources.
